Book Review

The book i reviewed was "Radio Electronics Made Simple" By Martin Schwartz. This book was published in 1969, and holds a lot of good info that is still appliciable today. Electronics has not changed much, except any modern book would leave out the chapter on "vaccum tubes".

This book covers a wide array of electronics knowledge The book covers DC and AC current as well as diodes and Transistors. It dives into different kinds of Recievers and transmitters. And finally there is a chapter entirely on Antennas, which goes over basic antenna theory in a simple way

I would highly recommend this book as either a beginning radio book or one for basic electronics, although its best for those doing radio. And even though it is an older book, the knowledge it holds is still relevant. The only downside is the lack of photographs, but the detailed drawings almost make up for it.

5 out of 5 stars!
